Bad wigs
Bought blondie and had tiny spiky hairs all the way back through the hairline to the crown of the wig... didnt notice until I had straight across cut the bottom of the wig.
Noticed a couple of the hairs in front and attempted to frame my face and blend in the hair jetting out the front of my face. Assuming the were baby hairs I just plucked them... come to find the are allllllllllll the way back there and this wig is awful. I bought it for my recent hair loss to feel good about myself again.
I feel like I got scammed because no matter how many times I got in touch with their support they never returned my emails. They just left it at return the unaltered unit and we can do something for you.
Terrible customer support and terrible wigs. And worst waste of 100$ ever.

Chloe Wig is A SCAM
bought the Chloe wig "full lace" (no lace in the back so forget about updos) in 24in with a silk top. It was nice and silky out of the box but after I took it to get toned silver at my salon it is DRY, TANGLY, AND MATS.
They told me I can send it back for repair which costs up to 200 dollars. Which there is no way to fix bad human hair once its damaged.
I dont know what they put on the hair prior to shipping but it will not last. I wasted nearly 400 dollars on this wig and I am in tears because I'm stuck with it because I'm bald due to health reasons.
Dear Customer We are sorry for the disappointment . the human hair wig will be easier to get tangled after dyeing into a lighter color than platinum blonde , and that's why we never recommend our customer to go lighter .
we have asked the manufacture to check and offer you a repairment . and we highly recommend you to ask your stylist to dye it for you next time and dont go lighter color which will more dangerous .

Sent me a photo of a blonde wig and I got a straggly brown wig They wouldn’t take back the ugly brown wig. What a waste of money
The quality of their pieces has decreased ALOT and the prices have almost doubled. I’ve been ordering from them for many years and have seen a huge change when holding the newer pieces next to the old ones. Much thinner, duller and dryer.

Lasted Two Weeks, What A Waste
I ordered a synthetic wig from Uniwigs. Of course, it came out of the packaging looking great and all, but after a couple of wears the hair started to get tangled and when I would try to brush the hair, it fell all out.
Hence, I never put my hair up, it was always down, like how their models have it. I’ve tried washing it with Luke warm water and plowing the care procedures like given. Don’t waste your money on these wigs. I take great care of my items and I expect great wigs.
This is ridiculous. Wish I could have my $100 back.

so we can check for you . if you keep wearing it day and night without caring and brushing , the hairend will get tangled easily since it is a synthetic fiber . so we highly recommend you to put it off at night and comb it carefully when you are available .

This company has gone way downhill. I have many of their toppers and have seen a big change in quality and the prices have gone way up. Would no longer recommend.
